Your point balance will reflect all orders made since February 20th, 2026.

We've listed all of the possible ways to earn points above in the Ways to Earn Points section. It takes 30 days for points to be deposited into your account after you place a successful and verified order (i.e. If you place an order on January 1st, the points will be reflected in your account on February 1st).

You can redeem points for product and cash off on your rewards page. You can also apply points to redeem for cash off during checkout depending on your points balance.

Our Le Sweed Club program has three Loyalty Tiers: Sweed Friends, Close Friends and Turtle Heroes. The Sweed Friends Tier is free to join by creating an account on sweedbeauty.global. Membership within other tiers is based on your annual spend on sweedbeauty.global. 

Once you’ve spent €200 within 365 days, you will automatically be upgraded to the Close Friends Tier and receive an email with a 20% off discount code. Once you’ve spent €400 within 365 days, you will automatically be upgraded to the Turtle Heroes Tier and receive an email with a 20% off coupon. In order to remain in your tier, you must spend the required minimum within the subsequent annual period. Please note that after making a qualifying purchase, it can take up to 30 days to move up to the next tier.

Once you enter a tier, it is valid for 365 days. For example, if you meet a tier entry threshold on February 5, 2025 you will remain in that tier until February 4, 2025 (assuming all other requirements are met).

Simply send your friend the provided link via mail, WhatsApp or your preferred communication channel so we can send them their first time offer. Once your friend places a successful order, you will be awarded 100 points.

Please note: referring yourself, creating fake email addresses or circular referrals is considered fraudulent behavior. Sweed reserves the right to deactivate any loyalty account for suspicion of fraud.

Within 30 days after your order ships, you will receive an email asking to leave a review for your purchased product. Submit your review through the email, and 20 points will be added to your account automatically. If your review has a photo, you will receive additional 10 points.

If you have entered your birthday in your account, you will receive your gift on your birthday via email. Customers may only redeem one birthday gift per year.
